Complete digital coverage of the exterior, interior rooms, and outstanding amenities. Images are processed for optimum color, contrast, and sharpness. Images are recorded in high quality JPEG format, sized, and delivered electronically.
Photo CDs - Initial processing (includes 1 CD) $15. Additional copies- $3 each
A photo tour of the property displayed on a CD or DVD, which can be given to prospective buyers at the showing. A great way to make your property stand out. They won't forget how your property looks after a day of showings.
Video Coverage
Value Package - $99- multiple listing specials available!
A walk-through video tour of the property, highlighting special features, with limited editing and background music. Includes link to online video and 1 DVD copy.
Standard Package - $149
This is a more detailed, in depth video tour, presented with background music. Tours may include various nearby landmarks or features (such as shopping, parks, etc), neighborhood shoots and drive throughs, maps, etc. as well as highlighting standout features of the home. Includes link to online video and 1 DVD copy.
